Here you go... You finally found it. For those who do not know who I am, my name is Cristian, and I am a CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER.
My certification is through the National Association of Sports Medicine. I am also insured.

ABOUT ME
I have over 5 years of experience in a clinical setting. I am a former Marine, and have an associate's degree in physical therapy. I also am certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine. I am very professional, punctual and friendly. I emphasize proper form and technique. Without both, injury is sure to occur. An injury would force my client to take time off from the gym, and possibly lose and progress made. Those are situation that I rigorously try to avoid. I have several facilities in HOLLYWOOD to select from. Some require a gym membership, others do not. We can use the one in which you are most comfortable. A positive work out experience every time you train is my ultimate goal.
People often ask me about the tattoo on my chest. It is is the Kanji character meaning "growth". Growth has always been an important concept to me. I strive to grow every day and my greatest satisfaction comes from helping others to grow as well.

WHY A TRAINER?
It is my philosophy that we are all here to grow and learn in life. Reaching physical enlightenment or balance can take from months to years to achieve. Above that are mental and spiritual enlightenment. Both of which can take a life time or more to achieve. When that first level is achieved, it is more than mere vanity. It gives you a SELF-CONFIDENCE from within.
That positive energy carries over to your personal and professional lives. When you feel good about yourself, you radiate a natural confidence that draws others towards you. WE CAN ALL ACHIEVE THIS LEVEL with some hard work and dedication. I can GUIDE you towards those goals. One of the best things about my job is having the positive reinforcement I get when a client tells me about the many compliments received on the "new" body. That encourages the client to try even harder for higher goals, and gives them the strength to reach them.
I usually train my clients anywhere from two to five times a week. What I normally do is have a FREE consultation with you. At our first meeting, we can discuss your specific goals and expectations. I try to make sure I am the right trainer for all my clients. As I said before, a positive atmosphere is what I try a to attain in all my sessions. I am glad to hear when clients tell me when they are looking forward to their work outs with me. When we meet, I'll design a program specific to your needs. We will then thoroughly cover each day's routines within the first two weeks. After that, you decide what days you would like assistance on. I realize not everyone can afford a trainer full time, so I try to be as flexible as I can be with my time and schedule. All my clients receive a hard copy of the routines, exercise and nutritional guidelines.
